▸What if it goes over scope?
Won't. Each tier has a posted scope on the SOW. Out-of-scope requests get priced as a change order before any extra work happens. No surprise invoices.
▸Do I own the code?
Yes. On final payment, you own the site code, the agent prompts and config, and any custom assets we made for you. I keep rights to the reusable libraries (so I can use them on the next client) — those are yours under a perpetual license inside your build.
▸What if the agent breaks after launch?
If you're on Always-On hosting (Lite / Pro / Flagship), it's covered — I monitor uptime and fix it. If you're not, you get 30 days of post-launch tweaks free, then it's hourly or you upgrade.
▸Why are you cheaper than [other AI agency]?
I run a real shop, not a 12-person enterprise sales team. I keep overhead low and pass it on. Also my pricing is intentionally below market on Flagship until I have 5 case studies — early clients get the deal.
▸How fast can we start?
